Who is this for?

Customer Service & Hospitality Essentials program is suitable for anyone who wants to gain key knowledge and skills to allow entry into a customer service & hospitality roles Professional English Program is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their English language proficiency to prepare for study or for work opportunities.

Entry Criterion

This professional English Language Program is suitable for students who have already achieved a proficiency level of IELTS 4.5 (or equivalent). If you are unsure of your English Level then EdduSAP will provide a free English Level test from iPASS English Test to assess your indicative English Proficiency Level. Contact us to arrange this.

Duration

Students will have access to the iPASS English Language Program for a total of 6 Months. This will initially be a mix of self-guided study and online classes for 12 Weeks. Following that students will continue to have online access to continue self-guided study for an additional 40 weeks. This allows students to continue to improve their English as they move into further study or career opportunities.

Remark: Certification approved will be on the requirements as follow:

1.Student has to have at least 80% of online and onsite attending.

2.Student should show the English Proficiency at IELTS 5.0 (or equivalent, click link). In case students havent got the English score in hand, EdduSAP will provide the free of charge PIHMS English test for your English Proficiency checking with 70% score or higher.

3.Upon the consideration of the Teachers committee.

Conditions: Applicant needs to pass the English test 4.5 IELTS score or equivalent before graduated
