Term & Conditions and PDPA Policy
Introduction
By accessing and registering for any course or service provided by EdduSAP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and PDPA Policy.
Payment Terms
-Full payment must be completed before access to any program is granted.
-After full payment, Online Conference Class and Onsite Class as per the time schedule for the Customer
Services & Hospitality Program will start within 1 month unless otherwise the class mentioned is not ready to start.
-After full payment, Onsite Internship Program will be started within 1 month or the Internship business is ready to accept for starting the program and student has to pass all the criterion shown in the Internship Program details.
-All payments are in Thai Baht (THB) via approved payment gateways.
-EdduSAP reserves the right to cancel any unpaid registration.
Refund Policy
EdduSAP operates under a No Refund Policy, except in the following situations:
1.Customer Services & Hospitality Program and/or Internship Program
-Program cancellation (Only apply for Customer Services & Hospitality Program and Internship Program with Consideration for postponement to be in the future batch on priority)
-Medical/legal incapacity (Only apply for Customer Services & Hospitality Program and Internship Program with Consideration for postponement to be in the future batch on priority)
2.Professional English Program
-iPASS operates a no refund policy: In all circumstances the supply of Products to the Purchaser does not provide for cancellations, extensions, transfers, repeat use, or refunds.
-iPASS does not provide any way to discontinue, pause, extend, or transfer the use of Products.
-iPASS accepts no responsibility or liability for Users who do not use their Products or complete the use of their Products within the Duration.
3.Duplicate payment
Non-refundable: change of mind, no-show, incomplete participation.
After-Sales Services
-Technical assistance is available during working hours.
-Certification and internship documents upon request.
Warranty Disclaimer
Access to course materials is guaranteed during the paid period. Employment and performance are not guaranteed.
Code of Conduct
-Respectful behavior is expected.
-Disruption may result in dismissal without refund.
Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved under Thai courts.
Payment Conditions1.1 For buying EdduSAP Customer Services & Hospitality Program and/or buying Professional English Program by iPASS:
A. Within 7 days from the date of payment you will get the user instruction sending to your email address.
B. Within 14 days from the date of payment you will get the authorization with ID and Password to log in to our programs sending to your email address.
C. In the event that the buyer fails to meet any of the specified requirements from the program criterion, EdduSAP reserves the right to withhold the paid amount or issue a partial refund, subject to case-by-case consideration (except Professional English Program by iPASS).1.2 For buying only EdduSAP Internship Program
A. Within 7 days from the date of payment, you have to show the qualified Customer Services & Hospitality Certification and English Program Certification (IELT 4.5 or equivalence), which will be evaluated by EdduSAP Instructor Committee.
B. In the event that the buyer fails to meet any of the specified requirements from the program criterion, EdduSAP reserves the right to withhold the paid amount or may issue a partial refund, subject tocase-by-case consideration.
C. Within 30 days from the date of payment, you may start internship with the selected workplace and EdduSAP has legally right to either change the workplace or postpone the workplace starting internship time based on the unforeseen circumstances and/or causing from the workplaces themselves as the third-party partners to EdduSAP.1.3 For buying EdduSAP Customer Services & Hospitality Program and/or buying Professional English Program by iPASS and/or buying EdduSAP Internship Program
A. Within 7 days from the date of payment you will get the user instruction sending to your email address.

C. Buyer has to pass the EdduSAP English Program evaluation or get the certification (IELT 4.5 or equivalence), which will be considered by EdduSAP Instructor Committee.
D. In the event that the buyer fails to meet any of the specified requirements from the program criterion, EdduSAP reserves the right to withhold the paid amount or may issue a partial refund, subject to case-by-case consideration (except Professional English Program by iPASS) and may consider not sending buyer to attend the student internship program.
E. With the complying to the conditions in item C. and D., you may start internship with the selected workplace and EdduSAP has legally right to either change the workplace or postpone the workplace starting internship time based on the unforeseen circumstances and/or causing from the workplaces themselves as the third-party partners to EdduSAP.
